Pre-Registration is over!

August 25th, 2008

The pre-registration date has passed, but I’m still wading through registration forms.  I think I’ve emailed everyone who requested a Bishop Hall or Caiborne Hall room.  If you haven’t received either a confirmation or apology letter from me, email me as soon as possible.  It’s usually very hard to catch me on the phone during the day, but I have access to email all the time.

We’re  down to the wire…see you all Friday!

New Registration Forms!

July 28th, 2008

I’ve uploaded new registration forms with some minor changes.  There is now a block at the bottom of the form for volunteer opportunities.  Please consider volunteering for one or more areas.  TBS is organized and conducted solely by volunteers, and there are never enough of us to go around.  There are some areas that take as little as 15 minutes, so please consider serving.

Also, I have cleared the totals on the form for the .pdf version to make it easier to fill out without a computer.

If you have already sent in your form, there’s no need to send another.  If you want to volunteer, just send an email to tennessee@nbs.usbnc.org.

The new registration documents are ready!

July 21st, 2008

The new registration forms for 2008 are here, and you’ll notice a few changes.  There are no individual meals as we are selling full meal plans only.  Also, we’ve reduced the number of lines on the form to six.  If you have more than six people in your family, just continue on another form.

Please read the instructions!  There is valuable  guidance that will save us all time and trouble when registering at the school.  Please, please, please read the instructions!

If you have any questions or concerns, just drop me a line at reg@tnbahaischool.com or tennessee-reg@nbs.usbnc.org.

See you at TBS!

Registration Dates Set

June 24th, 2008

Registration will begin on August 1st. I haven’t posted the new registration forms yet, those will be coming soon with the new rates.

Rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis.  Bishop Hall tends to sell out within a few days, so make sure you register early.  We are still evaluating on-line registration…we’ll publish registration instructions on the web site well before the registration date.

Due to some unavoidable changes, we will only be selling full meal plans this year at the Dubose Conference Center.  Attendees will not be able to purchase tickets for individual meals.  We should have the final meal prices soon, and will send out that information as quickly as possible.

If you need immediate information, I’ll be happy to help in any way I can. You can email me at brian.holley@gmail.com.
